The Brief

A commercial property manager experienced repeated theft of copper from rooftop air conditioning units and needed a permanent anti-theft solution.

Constraints & Requirements

Must allow adequate airflow for HVAC operation, rooftop mounting on existing concrete plinths, tamper-resistant fasteners, maintenance access via lockable panel.

Our Solution

Custom-sized enclosures fabricated from 40mm × 40mm steel frame with expanded metal mesh panels. Tamper-proof bolts and hinged access panels with heavy-duty padlock provisions. Hot-dip galvanized for outdoor durability. Designed with 150mm clearance on all sides for proper HVAC airflow.
