The Brief

A Land Cruiser 79 owner wanted a complete accessory package: side steps for cab access and a sports bar for load management and aesthetics.

Constraints & Requirements

Brushed stainless steel finish, rock-solid mounting to chassis, integrated tie-down points, no drilling into the cab.

Our Solution

Side steps fabricated from 76mm stainless steel tubing with anti-slip tread plates, mounted to the chassis via laser-cut brackets. Sports bar from 63mm stainless tubing with 4 integrated tie-down points and a high-lift jack mount. All stainless components brushed to a uniform satin finish.

Outcome

The combination looks factory-fitted. The tie-down points are used daily for securing loads. Stainless steel requires minimal maintenance and resists corrosion in the owner's coastal environment.
